PUBLIC SPEAKING AND CONSULTING

Before becoming a full time professor I did a considerable amount of international consulting. I still accept some consulting assignments in order to stay current with my field and bring real life experiences to my students.

I frequently speak at conferences or association meetings.  My favorite topics are employee engagement, diversity in the workplace (especially personality diversity and work around the Five Factor Model of Personality), and business ethics.
